Ordering & Delivery Policy
Delivery Area Limitation:
Please be aware that we primarily deliver within the Perth metropolitan area and chargers are based from Mandurah to Two Rocks. Any order outside the metropolitan area may incur an extra fee.

Processing Time:
Orders may take up to 24 hours to process, with longer processing times on weekends or if the stock has to be sourced, it may take a little longer.

Stock Availability:
While we strive to maintain accurate stock levels online, please note that availability may change rapidly. If a product you've purchased becomes temporarily unavailable, our staff will promptly notify you.

Stock container sizes:
At Perth Trees Direct, we are committed to providing the highest quality products to meet our customers' satisfaction. Due to availability, there may be occasions where the stock supplied is the best option available at the time. In such cases, you may receive a container size that is slightly smaller or larger than the one ordered.
For instance, our 45L range may include pot sizes of both 35L and 45L. In all cases, we prioritise selecting the healthiest and most robust specimens, taking into account not only the pot size but also the age and maturity of the tree.

Payments:
Payments are securely processed through our website and accept all major card types.
​
Click and Collect:
Unfortunately we can not accommodate click and collect as the nursey is outside metro area with zoning retractions. in the case your stock is sourced from another trusted accredited supplier of ours, this click and collect may be an option and our staff will notify you of this.​

Delivery Rates
Our delivery services are divided into two categories:
Standard Delivery & Premium Delivery.

Standard Delivery: This option includes a kerbside drop-off only. In some cases, our staff may assist in placing the tree in the front yard, provided it complies with WHS standards and our staff has sufficient time to do so.
​
Premium Delivery: With this option, Perth Trees Direct will assist in placing the trees as close to the planting site as possible, as long as it complies with WHS standards.
Please note that if the delivery area includes gradients, steps, soft surfaces, limited access, or any other conditions that our delivery driver deems unsafe or impractical, they have the right to decline the placement. In such cases, a refund will be provided for the difference between the two delivery options.

Delivery Schedule & Conditions:
Our delivery schedule caters to your convenience, with deliveries available on both Saturdays and Sundays. We understand the demands of your busy workweek and strive to accommodate your schedule. We deliver directly to your address; however, we are unable to deliver to PO boxes. Tree deliveries are subject also to a quick desktop consultation on your address as all deliveries and safety of our staff must comply with WHS standards. please note that steps, soft ground (sand etc..) are difficult terrains. Also gate widths are a challenge with the minimum clearance of 1100cm needed to proceed.
Perth Trees Direct endeavours to place your tree exactly where you want but must be within the safety of the staff. once order has been placed one of our staff will give you an email of phone call to discus this delivery strategy.

Tree Guarantee & Replacement Policy:
We source & grow the highest quality stock available; however, as trees are living organisms, specific growth rates and mature sizes cannot be guaranteed. We offer onsite consultation to assess the area for the best tree suited to the space. In the event of any issues with your tree, please contact us immediately with photos and additional care information. We offer replacements or store credits under specific conditions outlined in our policy. Proof of purchase is required for eligibility for refunds or replacements.
