Sales Platforms: Our plants and products are available for purchase online through our website, www.perthtreesdirect.com.au. Additionally, you can find us on Facebook and Instagram for inquiries and updates.

Product Sourcing: Our plants are sourced from both our on-site cultivation and carefully selected quality nurseries, ensuring compliance with AS2303:2018 standards for quality and variety.

Order Placement: To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old. There is no minimum order quantity, and availability is subject to online listing.

Cancellation Policy: If you decide to cancel your order prior to delivery or pickup, a $15 administration fee will be applied to cover processing costs. The remaining balance will be refunded within 10 working days.

Stock Availability: While we strive to maintain accurate stock levels online, daily garden centre sales may affect availability. Please note that plants are living items, and variations in size may occur.

Substitutions: If a plant you ordered is unavailable, we will contact you to offer a suitable substitute. If no substitute is available, we will issue a store credit or refund.

Payment Methods: We accept secure payments via Visa, Mastercard, and debit cards in Australian dollars. All prices listed on our website include GST.
