Lagerstroemia indica - Sioux

This fast-growing South American cultivar, deciduous tree has a spreading, rounded growth habit. The Crepe Myrtle Sioux is a beautiful and tough, powdery mildew resistant cultivar is of great ornamental value for its abundant bright pink or hot pink flowers and attractive bark and foliage. This large rounded small tree can also be grown in large containers and makes an excellent garden specimen. An excellent tree to add colour to a garden. 
Winter pruning will encourage the production of larger flower heads the following summer.
